This collection combines Partial Wedding Planning, professional wedding design, approved standard MICKNICS décor, full styling execution, rehearsal coordination, and wedding-day management through one experienced team.
 

You’ve secured the venue, booked several key vendors, and made some of the major decisions. Now you need professional support finishing the planning process, developing a cohesive design, and making sure every detail is properly executed.

 

We’ll review what you have already completed, identify what is still missing, guide the remaining decisions, develop your wedding design, provide the approved standard décor, and manage the setup, styling, logistics, and wedding day.

The starting price applies to celebrations of up to 150 guests within the standard planning, design, décor, and staffing scope.
 

Weddings exceeding 150 guests, expanded installations, additional styled spaces, outsourced inventory, or significant increases in complexity will receive a customized adjustment based on the final scope.

Your starting price of $8,995 includes:

There is no separate design fee, standard MICKNICS décor rental fee, or setup and styling fee for the approved items and spaces included in your collection.

Specialty rentals, outsourced inventory, expanded installations, personal flowers, and excluded functional rentals are priced separately.
 

Celebrations Exceeding 150 Guests

Our Planning, Design & Styling Collections include approved standard MICKNICS décor and styling for celebrations of up to 150 guests.

For weddings exceeding 150 guests, an Expanded Styling Fee of $15 per additional guest applies. This covers the additional standard décor quantities, preparation, transportation, setup, styling, and breakdown required to extend the approved design. Additional styling assistants may be required based on the final guest count, table count, venue access, room-flip requirements, and installation timeline. Additional styling assistants are $330 each. The Expanded Styling Fee is separate from any applicable Planning Scope Adjustment. A Planning Scope Adjustment would apply only if the wedding also meets the qualifying planning-complexity requirements outlined in our policy. Any required staffing or scope adjustments will be reviewed with you and clearly included in your proposal before booking.

Partial Planning assumes that your venue and several core vendors have already been selected. If a substantial portion of the vendor team still needs to be built and managed, Full Planning may be required.

Approved Décor for Up to 150 Guests

Your collection includes the standard MICKNICS-owned décor selected to execute your approved design for up to 150 guests.

Instead of paying separately for every charger, napkin, candleholder, floral arrangement, sign, or decorative accent, we’ll create one cohesive plan and select the available MICKNICS pieces needed to bring it to life.

 

Included design and styling may cover:

 

• Ceremony focal-point styling

• Cocktail-hour accents

• Reception tablescapes

• Sweetheart or head-table styling

• Welcome-area styling

• Cake or dessert-display styling

• Gift and guest-book table styling

• One bar area

• One approved photo or specialty area
