Our curated rental collection gives you everything you need to style your celebration piece by piece — charger plates, linens, florals, candles, centerpieces, welcome tables, bar tables, dessert displays, mirrors, arches, signage, and more. You select what fits your vision and budget. We deliver, style, and break everything down seamlessly.

Full Venue Design & Styling
Ready to transform your entire event space? Our Full Venue Design & Styling service goes far beyond the tables. We serve as your creative director — developing your complete design concept, mapping every inch of your venue, and pulling together a cohesive vision using pieces from our rental collection alongside items sourced from your venue, outside vendors, and specialty suppliers. Every element intentionally chosen. Every detail thoughtfully placed. One seamless visual story from entrance to last dance.

Our premium faux florals deliver the same stunning look as fresh flowers at a fraction of the cost — saving most couples $3,000–$6,000 on their overall floral budget. Beautiful, intentional, and budget-friendly. That's the MickNics difference.

Browse our styling options and floral add-ons to get a sense of your vision. Then fill out our inquiry form with your event details, date, and estimated table count. We'll follow up to schedule a 30-minute consultation to talk through your vision and build your custom package.

A 50% retainer is required to lock in your date. This ensures your event is on our calendar and we can begin sourcing and preparing your décor. We'll walk you through the payment process every step of the way.

In the weeks leading up to your event, we'll collect the remaining balance and confirm all the final details — colors, table counts, add-ons, and logistics. Once your retainer, final payment, and signed contract are all on file, you're fully confirmed.

Step 04 — Show Up to a Stunning Space

Our team arrives at your venue, sets up every table to your approved design, and returns after the event for full breakdown. You focus on celebrating. We handle the rest.

$85 per table (seating up to 8 guests) + A Styling and curation fee staring at $175

A Design, Coordination & Styling Fee applies to all bookings. This fee covers design planning, delivery, professional setup, styling, and complete breakdown of all rental items. Final pricing may vary based on event size, scope, location, and logistical requirements.

Bundle Pricing for Larger Events:

8–14 tables — $80/table
15+ tables — $75/table

Tables seating more than 8 guests will be quoted accordingly.

We serve as your creative director — developing your full design concept, mapping your entire venue, and pulling together a cohesive vision that combines pieces from our MickNics rental collection with items sourced from your venue, outside vendors, and specialty suppliers. Every element thoughtfully chosen. Every detail intentionally placed. One cohesive visual story.

Perfect for couples who want a fully transformed venue experience and prefer to hand their entire design vision over to a professional.

What's included in the fee:

Full design concept development and mood boarding
Venue walkthrough and space mapping
Creative direction across every area of the venue (ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, lounge areas, specialty tables)
Prop and décor placement planning
Draping and installation direction
Sourcing recommendations (MickNics inventory + venue + outside vendors)
Full setup oversight and styling execution on wedding day
Breakdown and post-event management

The Full Venue Design & Styling fee covers your MickNics team's creative time and expertise. All rental items, props, florals, draping, and materials — whether from our collection or sourced externally — are quoted and invoiced separately.
