Great question! Here's the simple breakdown:

Event Styling is our full-tablescape experience. We style every table to your vision, deliver everything, set it all up and break it all down. It's completely hands-off for you. Starting at $85 per table.

 

À La Carte Rentals allows you to pick individual items — chargers, faux florals, arches, mini cabanas and more — without full styling. Delivery, setup and breakdown are still included. Perfect if you want specific pieces to complement your own décor or if you have a vendor already handling some elements.

Yes! All rentals and styling services include delivery, setup and breakdown. A $175 Setup & Styling Fee applies to all styling bookings and covers all of these services. For table and chair only rentals a tiered delivery fee applies based on order size.

No — you don't need to be there at all! We just need confirmed access to the space at the agreed setup time. Everything will be picture-perfect and waiting for you when you arrive.

Every styled table at $85 per table for up to 8 guests includes:

  • Full customization and styling to your vision and color palette

  • Delivery, setup and breakdown

  • Gold charger plates

  • Cloth napkins

  • Table runner

  • Tapered candle holders (3) and votive candles (3)

  • Your choice of small faux floral centerpiece OR 4 individual bud vases

  • Customized welcome sign

  • Place cards and place card holders

Standard white tablecloths are included at no extra charge when you book table and chair rentals alongside any MICKNICS styling service. Specialty tablecloth upgrades — colored polyester, satin, velvet, prints and sequin — are available for an additional fee per tablecloth.

Yes! Bundle pricing is available for larger events:

  • 8–14 tables — $80 per table

  • 15+ tables — $75 per table

  • Medium & large floral upgrade — Starting at $20 per table

  • Luxe floral upgrade — $40 per table

  • Napkin rings — $1 per guest

  • Durable disposable dinnerware — pricing upon inquiry

The $175 Setup & Styling Fee is a one-time fee included with every styling booking. It covers delivery, professional setup and full breakdown of all items after your event — regardless of table count.

All of our florals are high-quality faux pieces rented for the duration of your event. They deliver the same stunning look as fresh flowers at a fraction of the cost — saving most couples $3,000–$6,000 on their overall floral budget! There is the option to upgrade to real florals on a case by case basis.

Yes! Custom color palettes are available upon request. Just let us know your vision during your consultation and we'll do our best to match your color palette.

We offer:

  • 6ft banquet tables — $11 each (seats 6–8 guests)

  • 8ft banquet tables — $12 each (seats 8–10 guests)

  • Cocktail tables — $13 each

  • White folding chairs — $4 each

  • Tan folding chairs — $4 each

Yes — a minimum of 2 tables and 10 chairs applies per booking.

What tablecloth options are available? Standard white tablecloths are available for:

  • 6ft table — $8

  • 8ft table — $10

  • Cocktail table — $8

Specialty upgrades per tablecloth:

  • Colored polyester (black, ivory, navy etc.) — +$3

  • Satin or sheen finish — +$5

  • Specialty print (toile, floral, pattern) — +$8

  • Velvet or luxury fabric — +$10

  • Sequin or sparkle — +$12

All linens are laundered and pressed before delivery.

  • Minimum order (2 tables / 10 chairs) — $35

  • Medium order (3–5 tables / 11–30 chairs) — $50

  • Large order (6–10 tables / 31–50 chairs) — $75

  • Extra large (10+ tables / 50+ chairs) — Custom quote

Delivery is free when table and chair rentals are booked alongside any MICKNICS styling service!

  • Tabletop rentals (chargers, napkins, runners, candles and more) — Starting at $1 per item

  • Faux florals (centerpieces, bouquets, arches and more) — Starting at $15 per item

  • Stationery & Signage (design, customization and printing included) — Starting at $150

  • Pop Up Dry Bar (alcohol not included) — Starting at $75

  • Hotel & Airbnb Decoration — Starting at $325

  • Pop Up Floral Bar (fresh cut flowers) — Starting at $35 per person

  • Display Wall / Champagne Wall — Starting at $150

  • Styled Tables (welcome or dessert) — Starting at $75

  • Decorative Antique Mirror with Stand — Starting at $75 ($100 refundable incidental fee applies)

  • Shaped Arches — Starting at $450 without florals / $500 with florals

  • Mini Cabanas — Starting at $75 per cabana (minimum 5 cabanas)

Each mini cabana includes pillows, a blanket, a rug and a personalized sign. A minimum of 5 cabanas applies per booking.

All MICKNICS items remain our property. The client assumes full responsibility for any damage, loss or theft of items from the time of setup through breakdown. Any damaged or missing items are charged at full replacement cost plus a $175 damage and loss processing fee applied within 72 hours post-event.

We ask that guests and clients do not move, alter or adjust any setup or décor items. If adjustments are needed please contact a MICKNICS team member on-site.
