Day-of coordination — also called wedding day management — is the professional service of executing your wedding exactly as you've planned it so you don't have to manage a single thing on the day itself. Your coordinator becomes the point of contact for all vendors, manages the timeline, handles last-minute adjustments and ensures everything runs seamlessly from start to finish. It's perfect for couples who love planning but know they don't want to be on their phones on their wedding day.
Venue coordinators manage the venue — the space, the catering staff and the facility logistics. They work for the venue, not for you. A MICKNICS coordinator works exclusively for you — managing your vendors, your timeline, your wedding party and every personal detail of your day from start to finish.
That depends on your package! Day-of Management steps in during the final weeks before your wedding. Full-Service and Month-of Coordination begin approximately 2–4 weeks and 4 weeks out respectively. The Coordination & Styling Hybrid follows the Full-Service timeline with the addition of full styling services.

Day-of Management — Starting at $800: Focused day-of support for up to 6 hours. Perfect for couples who are fully organized and just need a trusted professional to run the show on the day.

Full-Service Coordination — Starting at $1,700: We step in approximately 2 weeks before your wedding to confirm vendors, create your final timeline, manage your rehearsal and oversee your complete wedding day from start to finish (8–12 hours).

Month-of Coordination — Starting at $1,900: Everything in Full-Service plus four full weeks of hands-on lead-up support and ongoing vendor communication. From the moment we take over you don't have to manage a single vendor yourself.

Coordination & Styling Hybrid — Starting at $2,200: The best of both worlds. Full-Service Coordination combined with tablescape styling for up to 4 tables, access to our full rental inventory and complete setup oversight — all in one team.
Yes — rehearsal coordination is included in the Full-Service Coordination, Month-of Coordination and Coordination & Styling Hybrid packages at no additional charge. Most coordinators charge $300–$500 for rehearsal coordination separately. For Day-of Management clients rehearsal coordination can be added starting at $400.
Yes — additional hours are billed at $55 per hour with your prior approval.
Weddings with 100+ guests typically require an assistant coordinator to ensure seamless event management and guest support. Assistant coordinators may also be recommended for complex timelines, multiple venues, or extensive setup and breakdown needs. Assistant coordinators are automatically included with all Coordination & Styling Hybrid packages and are required for weddings with 100+ guests.
Yes. MICKNICS coordination services do not include vendor booking. You are responsible for contracting your photographer, videographer, caterer, DJ, florist and other vendors independently. However once you're booked with us we take over all vendor communication, confirmations and day-of coordination so you don't have to manage any of it yourself.
After booking you'll receive a welcome questionnaire asking for your vendor contact information, venue details, ceremony and reception timeline and any specific preferences or priorities for your wedding day. We ask that this is completed within 2 weeks of booking so we can get started right away.
While we cannot control vendor performance we are experienced in handling last-minute changes and will do everything in our power to find a solution quickly and quietly. This is exactly why having a coordinator on your wedding day matters so much — you will never have to deal with a vendor issue yourself.
Timeline management is one of our core responsibilities. We build buffer time into every timeline and proactively communicate with vendors throughout the day to keep everything on track. If adjustments need to be made we handle them seamlessly behind the scenes. You will never know something went wrong.
Yes! Our Coordination & Styling Hybrid package starting at $2,200 combines full-service coordination with tablescape styling for up to 4 tables and access to our full rental inventory. The base price includes Full-Service Coordination, the $175 Setup & Styling Fee and up to 4 styled tables. Each additional table is billed at $85 with bundle pricing available for 8 or more tables.
Yes! When you book the Coordination & Styling Hybrid package complimentary standard white tablecloths and free delivery are included with all table and chair rentals. We offer 6ft banquet tables, 8ft banquet tables, cocktail tables, white folding chairs and tan folding chairs.
The $175 Setup & Styling Fee is included with every styling booking and covers delivery, professional setup and full breakdown of all items after your event. It is a one-time fee regardless of table count.
We arrive at your venue during the agreed setup window — typically 4-2 hours before guests arrive. We conduct a full venue walkthrough, confirm all vendor arrivals and ensure everything is perfectly in place before you walk in.
Once your reception concludes we oversee vendor breakdown and departure, return any personal items and make sure the venue is left in good order. Our job isn't done until yours is.
MICKNICS limits the number of events per weekend to ensure every client receives our full attention and the highest level of service. Your wedding is never treated as just another booking.
In the unlikely event of an emergency MICKNICS will make every reasonable effort to arrange a qualified substitute coordinator and provide a full briefing on your event details. Your wedding will always be covered.

Booking within 31–60 days of event — final payment due 30 days before event

Booking 180+ days out — flexible monthly installment plan available, final payment always due 30 days before event
Yes! For bookings 61 or more days out we offer flexible installment plans — monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly. All installments must remain current. A $25 late fee applies to any installment not received within 5 days of its due date.
