From venue selection and budget development to vendor sourcing, wedding design, approved standard décor, professional styling, and complete wedding-day management, we’ll lead every stage through one connected planning and design process.
 

You will remain part of every meaningful decision, but you will not be responsible for figuring out what happens next, researching every vendor, connecting the visual details, or managing the complete process.
 

We build the foundation, assemble the team, shape the design, provide the approved standard décor, and manage the execution.
 

You get to experience your engagement and wedding without carrying the entire production on your shoulders.

The starting price applies to celebrations of up to 150 guests within the standard planning, design, décor, and staffing scope.
 

Weddings exceeding 150 guests, multi-venue celebrations, expanded installations, additional styled spaces, outsourced inventory, multiple wedding-weekend events, or significant increases in complexity may require a customized adjustment.

There is no separate planning fee, design fee, standard MICKNICS décor rental fee, or setup and styling fee for the approved items and spaces included in your collection.

Specialty rentals, outsourced inventory, expanded installations, personal flowers, and excluded functional rentals are priced separately.

Celebrations Exceeding 150 Guests

Our Planning, Design & Styling Collections include approved standard MICKNICS décor and styling for celebrations of up to 150 guests.

For weddings exceeding 150 guests, an Expanded Styling Fee of $15 per additional guest applies. This covers the additional standard décor quantities, preparation, transportation, setup, styling, and breakdown required to extend the approved design. Additional styling assistants may be required based on the final guest count, table count, venue access, room-flip requirements, and installation timeline. Additional styling assistants are $330 each. The Expanded Styling Fee is separate from any applicable Planning Scope Adjustment. A Planning Scope Adjustment would apply only if the wedding also meets the qualifying planning-complexity requirements outlined in our policy. Any required staffing or scope adjustments will be reviewed with you and clearly included in your proposal before booking.
