What Is Priced Separately

The $3,800 starting price does not include wedding design, MICKNICS-owned décor, rentals, florals, draping, physical setup, installation, styling, or breakdown.

Tablescape Styling and Full Venue Design & Styling may be added separately based on your vision, venue, guest count, and requested services. Any selected styling services and costs will be clearly outlined in your proposal before booking.

Guest Count and Planning Scope

This collection is designed for weddings of 50 guests or fewer.

​

A small five-guest buffer is built in. Celebrations of 51–55 guests may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis at no additional fee, depending on the booking timeline, venue, logistics, and overall wedding details. This accommodation is not guaranteed, so we recommend reaching out early if your guest count is close to the limit.

​

Celebrations exceeding 55 guests will move into our Partial Wedding Planning Collection, beginning at $5,500, to account for the additional planning, coordination, and wedding-day logistics required.

​

A separate Planning Scope Adjustment may apply when the overall complexity of a celebration requires significantly expanded planning or management. Any applicable adjustment will be discussed before booking and clearly reflected in your proposal.

Planning Scope Adjustment

This collection is designed for weddings of 50 guests or fewer, with a small 5-guest buffer built in - counts of 51-55 may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis at no additional fee, depending on your booking timeline and event details (though this isn't guaranteed, so we recommend reaching out early if your count is close to the limit). Rather than increasing the base investment for every couple, we apply our Planning Scope Adjustment only when additional planning resources are genuinely needed - guest counts exceeding 55 will move to our Partial Wedding Planning Collection ($5,500+), reflecting the added coordination and logistics a larger guest list requires.
