We transform your Airbnb, hotel room or venue into a fully styled bachelorette experience — balloons, backdrop, themed banner, welcome table, bride's room décor, champagne flutes for every guest and all the finishing touches. We handle setup and breakdown completely so the Maid of Honor can actually enjoy the party too!

Every package starting at $950 includes:

  • Setup and full breakdown

  • Balloon décor — ceiling, floor and wall

  • Tinsel background

  • Themed backdrop banner (balloon or cardstock)

  • Durable disposable champagne coups or flutes for all guests

  • Themed welcome table

  • Bride's bedroom décor (Airbnb, hotel or rental home)

  • Bride sash and veil to keep

  • Custom theme mood board sent digitally during planning

  • Personalized itinerary card for the day or weekend

We recommend booking 4–8 weeks in advance to ensure your date is available and to allow time for theme planning, sourcing and customization. For last-minute bookings please reach out and we'll let you know what's available!

We set up at Airbnbs, hotels, rental homes and venues across Maryland, DC, Virginia, Delaware and Pennsylvania. If you're traveling outside our standard service area travel fees may apply — ask us about your specific location!

Absolutely! We specialize in surprise setups. We coordinate directly with whoever has access to the space and have everything ready before the bride arrives. We keep all details completely confidential.

It's your responsibility to confirm with the property that outside décor and styling is permitted before booking. We'll ask about any restrictions during your consultation and work creatively within those guidelines. MICKNICS is not liable for access denial or property rule violations.

Setup typically takes 1.5–2.5 hours depending on the package size and add-ons selected. We coordinate access with whoever is managing the space and always aim to be completely finished and out before the bride arrives.

Yes — completely! During your consultation we'll talk through the bride's personality, style, color preferences and overall vibe. We build a custom mood board and share it with you for approval before sourcing anything. Every bachelorette is uniquely designed.

We do everything from classic and elegant to bold and playful — disco, garden party, tropical, spa vibes, mermaid summer and everything in between. If you have a vision we can bring it to life!

Yes! You can choose gold, white or silver for the banner with bridal-themed balloons and signs. Custom options are available — just ask during your consultation!

Our favorite add-on! The Maid of Honor Relief Package is $125 and is designed specifically for the person who planned everything and deserves to celebrate too. It includes a personalized itinerary card, bachelorette games kit, polaroid camera rental and a small personal floral arrangement — just for her. Because she deserves it!

Our base package covers groups of any size — pricing is customized based on guest count. Let us know your estimated headcount when you inquire and we'll build a custom quote for you.

Pricing is based on your selected inclusions, guest count, location, add-ons and any special customizations. Your specific quote is outlined in the personalized proposal sent alongside your booking package.

Fill out our inquiry form on the Bachelorette Styling page and we'll reach out within 24 hours to schedule a complimentary 30-minute consultation. From there we'll send a custom proposal and get you officially on the calendar!

A 50% non-refundable retainer and signed contract are both required to officially secure your date. Your date is not reserved until both are received.

Final payment timing depends on when you book relative to your event date. Details are outlined in your booking package and contract.
