We step in during the final weeks leading up to your wedding, get fully briefed on every detail, and take over completely so you can be fully present for every moment of your day.
For a fully elevated experience, our coordination packages can also be bundled with our signature event styling and rental services.
What is Day-Of-Coordination?
Day-of coordination — also called wedding day management — is the professional service of executing your wedding exactly as you've planned it, so you don't have to manage a single thing on the day itself. Your coordinator becomes the point of contact for all vendors, manages the timeline, handles last-minute adjustments, and ensures everything runs seamlessly from start to finish.

The base investment includes Full-Service Coordination, the Design & Styling Fee, and styling for up to four tables. Additional tables are available at $85 per table, with bundle pricing offered for events requiring eight or more tables.
