How Does it Work?

Choose Your Package

Once you've found the package that aligns with your vision, it's time to make your selection. Consider the styling services that work best with your vision and event!

Submit an Inquiry Form

Fill out our easy-to-use inquiry form on our website. Provide details about your event, including your desired date and time. Don't forget to indicate your availability for a 30-minute phone consultation, where we'll discuss your requirements and address any questions you may have.

Secure Your Date

To confirm your event date, a 50% retainer is required. This secures your chosen date exclusively for your event date, allowing us to allocate resources and make preparations accordingly. We'll guide you through the payment process to ensure a seamless experience.

Finalize the Details

In the months and weeks leading up to your event, we'll collect the remaining balance. This gives you ample time to prepare and make any necessary adjustments. Once we have all the required items on file, including the retainer, and signed contract, your event is officially confirmed. Rest assured, our team will be in constant communication to ensure a stress-free planning experience and an unforgettable theme!

Tier 1 Event Styling Services

Tabletop or Picnic Style

Booking Flat Fee: $750

This fee includes up to 25 working hours designated for your event. Includes concept, planning, and execution. Includes set up and breakdown on Date of Service.

 

Maximum Capacity: 80 Guests

Fee: $25/ per person + Booking Flat Fee 

Includes: 

- Custom Theme and Concept 

- Day of: Set up and Breakdown

- Table Cloth

- Table Runner

- Placemats OR Charger Plates 

- Salad/ Appetizer/ Dessert Plate

- Dinner Plate 

- Glassware ( Drinking Goblets)

- Water Glass

This fee includes up to 25 working hours designated for your event. Includes concept, planning, and execution. Includes set up and breakdown on Date of Service

 

Maximum Capacity: 100 + Guests

Fee: $50/ Per Table + Booking Flat Fee 

Includes: 

- Custom Theme and Concept 

- Day of: Set up and Breakdown

- Table Cloth

- Table Runner

- Cloth Napkins

- Placemats OR Charger Plates 

- Place Card Holder

- Variety of candles and candle holders
